MEET Pat Serkedakis

Pat Serkedakis joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston in 2008 after relocating to the Triangle from the Atlanta area where he was a successful REALTOR.

Pat is licensed and active as a real estate broker. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA and a major in Real Estate and Urban Development. Pat has been active in real estate sales, management and training. He has incorporated his experience and knowledge with an innovative approach and has developed the skills and techniques necessary to excel in any market. He has been recognized by Coldwell Banker International as a member of the International Diamond Socirty 2013-2023 for his sales production. Locally Coldwell HPW has recognized Pat as the Pittsboro Office Associate of the Year 2018-2023. In 2022 Pat was recognized by his peers and colleagues as the Orange Chatham Association of REALTORS as their REALTOR of the Year. Proof you can teach and old dog new tricks.

Pat and his wife Jane have two daughters, Brinkley who lives and works in New Orleans with her spouse, Alicia Franck. Emily, her husband Paul McAllister and their daughter, Lyra who live in Durham. Pat is an avid sports fan, Jane is at home in her garden  and both love good food and great wine. They have a rescue dog named Harvey after the hurricane that brought her to the family.
